Drat!! I need dental work!
Can I support the journey in a biologicalholistic, and natural way?

Here is hope!

My husband and I required dental procedures involving extractions, bone regeneration, implants, and crowns.

The biological dentist who performed our procedures was impressed with how well we recovered from the procedures and asked what we had done.

I explained the Biological (less toxic, more individualized), Holistic (health relating to the whole person), Natural (non-invasive, in harmony with the body) methods I applied. He was very interested and encouraged me to record my methods as it would be beneficial information for anyone facing dental procedures.

By dental procedure I refer to procedures that modify teeth, gums, and/or related bone. The most common types are:

  • Implants: replacing root canals, abscessed teeth
  • Extractions: wisdom teeth, decayed teeth, to prepare for dentures, etc.
  • Apicoectomy: root end surgery accessed through the gums
  • Reconstructive surgery such as resulting from injury
  • Periodontal (gum) surgery

These methods will benefit those who will be providing and/or receiving dental procedure followup care.
